Meet Our CEO, Paul Phillips

I became the CEO of NKP Medical in 2017, assuming the role of my brother and our founder, David. I am energized to work with an outstanding team of digital marketing experts and privileged to call many of the premier doctors in the nation our clients. Our employees and clients have felt like family from my first day in this role and I look forward to strengthening these relationships each day.

I am committed to delivering the best product and experience to our customers. We will continue to lead innovation and bring compelling marketing solutions to doctors. At the same time, we will be responsive, solve problems together and do what we say we are going to do. Our goal is to be the best possible partner for our clients.

While an entrepreneur at heart (like my brother David), I also am driven to establish firm building blocks to sustain growth. This includes a commitment to working with the best colleagues in the industry across sales, customer service, marketing, design, and technology. Growth also requires implementing structured, repeatable processes while at the same time paying special attention to customer needs and innovative ideas. Finally, I believe the most important building block is a commitment to integrity and spirit of true partnership with our clients.

My career includes working in finance as an investment banker and later as an operations partner at a $20 billion private equity firm. I have also owned and operated three businesses over the course of a decade. I graduated from UCLA with a degree in Business Economics and from the Harvard Business School with an MBA.
