Our Customer Success Representatives (CSR) are dedicated and experienced individuals. Their experience ensures that they can handle any situation and find an effective solution. Their dedication to our customers ensures that they will do everything they can to make sure they are satisfied.
A team as hard-working and busy as our CSR team needs a passionate and responsible leader. NKP has found that leader in our new Director of CSR, Ryan Riddle. Ryan has been with NKP for a number of years, and his commitment to our customers has proven that he is well-suited for this new position.
We spoke with Ryan to go over how he feels about his new position, what drives him to provide the level of service he does, and which new approaches and ideas he hopes to bring to the team.
How long have you been a part of the team here at NKP?
I’ve been a part of the NKP team for over five years.
Did you start off working in CSR?
I started working in the Content Department, the team that delivers customized content for procedure pages and blogs. During that time, I was also working as a sports writer for Bleacher Report. I was an NFL and Draft Analyst and National Featured Writer for almost three years.
What drove your decision to take on the responsibilities of CSR?
I like being able to ensure our clients are provided the service and care they need. Customer Satisfaction includes a wide array of skills and responsibilities, like project management, SEO strategies, and client troubleshooting. Every day presents new challenges.
People have different attitudes and ways of speaking. How do you approach working with individual clients to make sure you provide all of them with the same level of care?
I try the “straight shooter” approach mixed with a friendly attitude. All of this is backed by knowledge, passion, and a drive to see our clients succeed. Being direct and demonstrating my knowledge and experience to the client gives them confidence in my ability to deliver.
What is your favorite aspect of the job?
My favorite aspect of the job is figuring out ways we can improve a client’s website and thus their practice. I also enjoy the wonderful team of people we have here at NKP.
Every job can get stressful. How do you manage to stay organized and on top of all of your clients’ needs without getting overwhelmed?
That is all thanks to having a great support system set up here at NKP. We really do have each other’s backs when it comes to making sure we are doing what needs to be done. We are always willing to help each other out and do what we can for the clients.
How do you feel about your new position as Director of CSR?
It’s nice to be trusted to lead one of the most important departments at NKP. Growing with the company for the past five years has truly been a positive experience and has shaped my professional goals. I’ve already learned a lot and look forward to the growth that will result from the added responsibility.
