I had considered letting my website lapse at the beginning of the pandemic.  Even before the virus hit, my website was not working for me, and it was not generating any business (patients) for me.  Luckily, when I called to cancel, Ryan Kirk talked me out of it.  We came up with a plan, and my practice has grown to its busiest ever.  NKP has helped me with content/copy, with search optimization, and with overall marketing strategy, and they continue to do so.  They've helped me coordinate reputation management to grow the quality online reviews I have.  I have a monthly phone meeting with Ryan Kirk (who is fantastic, by the way) where we review our results, where we want to be, and what we need to do.  With their and my steady efforts, I now have tons of pages showing up on the first page of results, and this is driving quality patients to me.  They are reasonably priced and a great value. To be quite honest, at the outset I was discouraged by the lack of attention we received and the time it took to get a response to any question/request. About 2 years ago there seemed to be a significant change in the company itself, for I received a new account manager (R.R.) at that time without a formal request from me.  Since that very day and change, the service I received was absolutely AMAZING.  The attentiveness, partnership, and execution was second-to-none! R.R. was always on top of his game, and when there was a hiccup or glitch, it was addressed immediately and with assurance.  I cannot recall such a drastic change in service with any other company I have worked with in the past decade...and a pleasant surprise it was.
